The installation crew that came to do the work were very polite and friendly. They fully explained what it was they were there to do. One of the two workers stopped multiple times to clean the work area. I was very impressed by his attention to keeping his work area clean. They showed up at 9:30am, and completed the job shortly after 11am. Expert work. Those guy deserve a raise, or at least a bonus.

In store service isn't the best, there's hardly anyone to help you, and the front desk isn't any help at all.
